Carlo’s American Dream is a biopic feature film project which is currently in pre-production phase. The story is based on Maria Johnsen’s novel “Carlo’s Big Dream”. Locations will be in Toronto (Canada) and Lugo ( Italy). The story of Carlo’s American Dream begins in 1919 a time of hope rising from the ashes of WW1 and unfolds over three turbulent decades, reaching its poignant climax in 1949.

A biographical story set in Boston during early 20th century. Carlo leaves Lugo to pursue an American dream but what he starts turns to a nightmare.
